No commission for 7 airlines: Vueling, Volotea, Wizz Air, TAP, Iberia, Air Dolomiti and Air Europa. For the other 18 companies, in the event of a positive outcome, we retain a 20% commission (VAT included) on the amount obtained; for the 7 indicated companies, our fee is borne by the airline. How much does the service cost, company by company
We want you to know from the outset the cost of our service. The financial conditions depend on airline that operated your flightFor 7 companies no commission is charged; for the other 18 we retain a commission. 20% commission (VAT included) Only in case of a positive outcome. How much does the service cost?
Do not anticipate any costs
No initial practice costs and no legal costs to be paid in advance, even in the event of a judgment.
Negative result
If the practice does not have a positive outcome, you owe us nothing.

The cost depends on the airline that operated the flight, as indicated in the table below.

How the 20% commission works
- It applies only if the procedure is successful.
- It must be paid at any stage: following the first complaint, negotiation, conciliation or mediation, or the court judgment.
- It is calculated on all the amounts that are granted to you: monetary compensation provided for by Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, reimbursement of the ticket, compensation for damages and any other sums.
- It is inclusive of VAT: You will not be asked for any additional amount.
- It is withheld at the time of payment: We will always inform you of the amount obtained, the commission deducted and the amount that is paid to you.
